A pork roast with a Korean BBQ inspired rub, home made applesauce and steamed green beans. An apple pecan cream cheese bundt cake with a caramel frosting that I am baking right now for dessert.
Tonight I'm making a baked eggplant Parmesan with a field green and and tomato and cuke salad and a lemon garlic dressing. Garlic bread and a glass of red wine.
I was just wondering what I was going to do with the chicken breasts I have to thaw. Looks like it's BBQ tonight! Then fresh green beans I need to cook and for the side it will be an easy 'Pasta Sides' packet of beef stroganoff noodles.
I have a ton of mini bagels left over from a promo gig I worked so I may just toast that up on the side with butter. Clearly, bikini season is over haha
