What time's dinner? That sounds delicious!

I'm having a salmon patty and mashed potatoes. Maybe a little bit of cake and ice cream.

A pineapple non-fat Greek yogurt, 2 toasted slices of whole wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar & a bit of non-fat milk.

Tonight it will be chicken stroganoff (with a mushroom/stuffing gravy) over egg noodles, roasted broccoli and carrots, and sweet potato tarts topped with caramel and pecans for dessert. I don't feel like cooking the chicken so I'm picking up one of those already-cooked rotisserie chickens at my supermarket.

temps in the lower 70's out so Probably a salad~~one of my over-the-top ones. Wife accuses me of having more stuff on my salads than in any salad bar.

Lettuce~ iceberg- green leaf-red leaf-romaine ~ spinach~ radichio~ spring mix~ broccoli flourets ~ cauliflower flourets~ radishes~ pineapple bits~ black olives~ green olives~ green onion~ fresh corn~ fresh peas~ mushrooms~ chicken breast pieces~hard boiled egg slices~ shredded cheddar~ shredded swiss cheese~ Salad dressing.
oh! forgot~ some red raspberries!

Doesn't feel like overkill to me!

Husband's not home tonight so I didn't feel like cooking... picked up a rotisserie chicken and whipping up some mashed potatoes. Glass of wine.

I made beef stew with biscuits, butter and honey. It was just the thing on a chilly evening. Dessert is ice cream, brownies or pumpkin roll.
