I am doing a stir fry with sliced roast pork, bean sprouts, red bell pepper, green onion, pea pods, mushrooms and fresh Asian egg noodles in a Pad Thai sauce. We will eat around 8 pm as we aren't hungry now. I did my prep work early and its in the fridge.
