Spicy Shrimp Parmesan with Penne Pasta, Roasted Broccoli

Went to Bahama Breeze for an early dinner. Cuban black bean soup with guacamole sauce, coconut shrimp, spicy grilled mahi mahi, sweet potatoes, green beans, and a salad. Key lime pie, which was way to sweet to eat very much, for dessert. Iced tea to drink.

Almost whatever someone is willing to come over and cook for me, I am just not in the mood to cook this evening yet I am in the mood to eat, go figure.

I've got my mis all ready to go for fried cauliflower rice. Making twice as much as usual because everyone always wants more.

Heavy snow outside, so naturally, I'm grilling salmon filets outside on the patio. With brown rice, green beans, salad, ice tea.
