My usual when sick is toast and ice cold soda. Doesn't matter what kind of soda as long as its cold.
I had the flu just recently and for some weird reason it made my taste buds crazy..my coffee tasted like bologna!
Such a weird flu this year.

Sometimes if I am feeling a cold coming on I will stop and buy the biggest, greasiest chicken I can find and make a huge pot of chicken soup. That with toast and ginger ale (and Nyquil) get me through it usually.

When I have nausea, I crave hot wings. If I don't have any, I mix hot sauce with sour cream or ranch. It helps for some reason. Lemon juice helps this too.

So what about you?

Pedialyte (not sure of the spelling) and not much more.
When I am sick the first thing I lose is my appetite until I am well.

It depends on what's making me sick. If it's flu or strep, then it's usually lipton double noodle soup, toast, and English breakfast tea....sometimes, house special wonton soup.
