Years ago a friend's husband went hunting in Canada and she brought 'moose balls' (as she referred to them) to work. He would also shoot pheasant and she gave some to different people there (not very good, I think there were still pellets in them), one small bite was plenty. She also had venison from him. Thankfully horsemeat wasnt on the list.
