fresh fruit with yogurt. Sometimes I add apple sauce or mini marshmallows or fruit preserves or cottage cheese.. I serve this about 4 times a week.

I bought a stainless steel whipped cream maker, and discovered it can be used to make a delicious faux chocolate mousse. Basically heavy cream, a tint bit of sugar, and melted chocolate. Mix up, chill, pour into the cream whipper and dispense.

Sometimes, I like to add a bit of bourbon or chambord for extra oomph.

If I'm making something, a pudding pie (usually Jell-O brand or Dream Whip) atop a graham cracker crust is always good and satisfying. Cheesecake (plain with no compote) is right up there, but chocolate wins me over often.

And if I'm not up to making anything, then it's oodles of Blue Bell ice cream scoops in my medium bowl. It just speaks Texas.

That's vanilla or vanilla/chocolate chip.
