Dreyer's Grand Chocolate Ice cream

(not Breyer's)
(not Dreyer's Grand Light)

is the best chocolate ice cream I've run into in a while.

It doesn't just make you think it's chocolate.

It TELLS you it's chocolate.

If you're ever in the Berkshires area of Massachusetts, find a place that sells SoCo ice cream. Try the Dirty Chocolate. Oh my! It's insane.

Does anyone know how they make it soft?? (Just wondering)
The ice-cream machine keeps it constantly churning, incorporating more air. It's also at a warmer temperature.

Homemade ice-cream, straight out of the ice-cream maker has a consistency similar to soft serve.

Hands down here, too. I don't usually like chocolate as ice cream, but Talenti's is amazing. Their Raspberries and Cream and Caramel Cookie Crunch are also wonderful.
