Yes, but not like foie gras one with extreme process to get it...
I also like other organs... like intestine, hearts, etc

Once I was in the clasroom learning heart biology and the teacher used the model of mutton heart, that was around noon just before lunchtime... my appetite rose instantly!!!

I'm 17

As a kid hubby was forced to eat liver. One day he asked if she could NOT give it to him anymore. She said unless he is puking, she is gonna serve it. You can guess what happened next as she never served it to him again.

I like it only in pate form. I have had liver beautifully cooked in cream and other ways, still didn't like it. Just not my thing by itself. I like it with a lot of seasonings hence pate.

I've never tried liver but people say it tastes good and is an excellent source of iron. I lean toward veganism so I would never willingly put liver on my own plate. The only way I'd ever eat it is if someone served it to me without telling me what it is.

I have a recipe for chicken liver rumaki spread with butter and bacon in it that is to die for. And we used to go to a fried chicken place that served batter-fried chicken livers as an appetizer. Those were very good.

My husband grew up in a family that raised hogs and regularly ate pork liver as a child. He says it's too rich for comfortable digestion now.

I think the pork is much better than the beef.

My mom taught me to slice it thin and first dip it in boiling water which will draw out the strong flavor. Then cover with seasoned flour and quickly fry in bacon grease that you have first saute'd onions in. Remove from grease and make a gravy. Pour the bacon/onion gravy over the liver and crumble the bacon on top.

Yuck, organ meats is one thing I have NEVER developed a taste for as I have gotten older. Kind of like rare meat.

Didn't like them as a kid, don't like them now.

Well, I'm split on this topic:

Straight-up liver: NO.
Chopped liver (Jewish deli): YES.
Pate: YES!!!

Oh. We're supposed to tell you how old we are. I'm 50. (I hate writing that.)

you know as a kid, I really liked it, especially with grilled onions and bacon, but spoiled brat didn't care for it. As the kids got older, I served it once in awhile; they too would eat it. When we were told to stay away from organ meats to protect our hearts spoiled brat was thrilled. SO, that ended our eating it. I bet I haven't had liver in 20 years.
