It was great not to cook for a week but back to reality...tonight eggplant curry dish with chapatis,tomato and onion slices,yogurt and lassi . For dessert fresh mango.
probably left overs from yesterday - Grilled chicken breast Lemon Pepper and also BBQ sauce on others, also drumsticks 1/2 with BBQ sauce other have S/P Garlic seasoning also red potato salad
Blah! Tonight is use stuff up night. I have leftover meatloaf and oven fries from last night. I also pulled out half a package of hot dogs and buns out of the freezer. I have some watermelon to use up too.
OK reading the posts on this thread is making me HUNGRY. I just passed up free pizza at work and kind of regretting it. Not sure what we are having for dinner . . .
We just got back from 4 days on the GA. Coast...do its laundry and clean out the fridge day.
Made a corn and tomato chowder by cleaning out the veggie bin. Came out delicious.
Leftover grilled corn on the cob, turkey bacon,diced tomatoes, diced carrots, celery and onions, chicken stock, grated cheese, and milk.
This soup and a salad for dinner. My fridge is a lot more empty now!!!
