Hubby still not eating much since his diverticulitis flare up. So It might be cottage cheese on toast or eggs with cheese and toast.

Prime rib night at Harris Teeter -- they cook it and the sides, a fair sized serving, for $10 per. Picked up enough for all, got them to double down on the potatoes and skip the green veg (theirs is ehh, I'm fixing my own green beans instead). I'll put together some horseradish sauce and call it close enough to homemade tongiht.
