I am back to doing the cooking, boy does it feel good. We are having a pork shoulder (pulled pork) it is in the crock pot now. I will add carrots and potatoes later. Also I have some bok choy to use up; guess I will just saute it and I am doing a fruit salad.
Asian chicken thighs (in a spicy sweet sauce) over long grain rice, steamed broccoli florets and mushrooms with a decent Pinot Grigio and strawberry tarts for dessert.
Cast Iron blackened/oven finished Golden Tile Fish Fillets, Steamed broccoli, 'dirty' basmatti rice (cooked in the cast iron after the fish was moved to oven)
Actually tonight is leftovers from last nights dinner..It came out great!!
Spaghetti with meat sauce......I am less than inspired tonight.....but I will make the sauce from scratch!
