Originally, I thought about garlic sautéed shrimp served over Angel hair pasta. But, I don't feel like cooking tonight. So, deli foods tonight: Teriyaki and Hot wings, potato salad, 4-bean salad and cole slaw.

Made myself a solid white albacore dry tuna fish sandwich with chopped onions, celery, s/p, half a teaspoon of mayo, toasted whole grain bread with a slice of swiss.

Lucky Charms...LOL. I was going to pan fry some chicken breasts, but they were frozen, so they are marinating right now (pears, pear juice, cinnamon, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper). Pan fried chicken with cinnamon pears tomorrow...

I had half a pizza steak, half a mushroom cheesesteak and an order of mozzarella cheesefries ... I don't care, I was good all week.

It's going to be a beautiful snowy day here. The weather person is saying 5-7 inches and its about time!! In honour of the snow I am grilling a tri-tip and serving with a chimichurri sauce. Sides tonight will be Jasmine rice and a chunky salad of grape tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and chopped basil. Happy Saturday people!

bring to room temp before placing on the grill- share some pics after it is cooked,,,many folks have never tried tri-tips
