Yikes, my body was going into shock just reading about some of these. Yes, yes, I know.

SUGAR SHOCKER #1: Boston Market St. Louis Style BBQ Ribs ½ Rack with Cinnamon Apples and Sweet Potato Casserole

1860 calories, 90 g fat, 33 g saturated fat, 3620 mg sodium, 201 g carbs, 10 g fiber, 162 g sugar, 68 g protein

This is the sugar equivalent of 6 Starbucks Double Chocolate Chunk Brownies!

This is one Boston bomber that’s still at large. With a holiday weekend’s worth of sugar and two days of sodium, your blood sugar and blood pressure will be in a race to see who can redline faster. Opting for the Quarter Skinless Rotisserie Chicken plate will save you a whopping 144 grams of sugar—enough that you can enjoy what you really want: dessert.

The sugar in BBQ sauce can add up fast. Some of them have 10 grams per TBSP. Doesn't take long to equal a soda or candy bar. I try to get the ones that have 7 grams of carbs max per 2 TBSP but my favorite lower carb brand, "Kraft Light Original" was discontinued so I may start making my own with neotame/splenda.

A large dairy queen blizzard has roughly 150 grams of carbs.. a large culvers malt 165 grams.. that amount of carbs in a serving would get my blood sugar into the 200's probably being borderline prediabetic from years of eating these very items and large portion sizes.
