I dislike the mushy bottom part of store bought apple pie. Sometimes, home baked pie just isn't in the cards so I heat up the crepe pad, and put a slice on it and toast the bottom. The rest heats up nicely. Yummy.
I get the refrigerated cans of biscuit dough, roll it all out, cut out circles, put my filling inside, roll it up into crescents' deep friy, and sprinkle with raw sugar.
Blueberry, Apple, cherry, poppyseed, pineapple.... Quick and easy. They make great party snacks.
