Don't know if many realize this, but animal intestines(mostly pig) are used as the casing for sausage links. Not all the time, but it's very common.

Just a lil fyi.

Also, ever eaten shrimp, crawfish, lobster, that hasn't been "de-veined"?

avocados
sweet potatoes
tripe

That said, I was in Scotland this past September, and was very proud of myself for actually eating a full serving of haggis. It wasn't terrible either, just not good.

Canned "cut" green beans. I can eat the "frenched" green beans, but the cut ones squeak on my teeth!

I don't like any green beans but fresh. I was so disappointed when I tried frozen. And forget about canned.

Beans, hate all of them--green beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, yuck and double yuck. Hated them as a kid and hate them more as an adult. Closest thing I'll eat is a chickpea, but that's not a bean.
Red meat, pork, turkey (once a yr., turkey, but am dropping it permanently).
White bread. I'd rather eat a lousy Twinkie, which is junk food, like white bread, but at least it's sweet. Lol.
Cabbage, oh God no, don't care how healthy it is.
Sauerkraut, more misery.
Snails, ick.
Okra, ick.
Fried chicken, greasy stuff.
Macaroni/potato salads from grocery stores--so much mayonnaise can't find the potatoes or macaroni in there.
Caramel anything.
Donuts.
