What kinds of food so you add salt to at the table, on your plate, from the salt shaker?
The only things I can think of are eggs, tomato and corn on cob. Probably baked potato, too, but it's OK without salt.
I eat the hearts of things like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, etc., dipped in salt, but that's a stand-up snack, not something I eat as a part of a meal.
Oh, man. I salt everything. Seriously, nearly everything. Salad, steak, chicken, eggs, vegetables, fish. I have my own personal salt shaker.
I know, it’s not a good habit.
I actually like to sprinkle chicken with a coarser salt after it's cooked and on a plate. I make my own dry rubs and marinades and don't use too much, as to not overpower the other spices. That final touch on the outside of the chicken (with or without skin) makes it perfect. It has to be scalding hot though, so that the salt kind of sticks to it.

Only potatoes that have not been salted during cooking. Unsalted potatoes are just too bland.
I never salt anything else, ever. Not even popcorn.
