Honestly, I would use salt more, but the benefits of having a lower BP motivates me to avoid it as much as possible. Also, I have gradually gotten used to not having salt with most meals.
It's an acquired taste, I discovered it by accident I would never have thought of putting salt on strawberries.

I also think a lower BP is a motivating factor to ignore the salt shaker. I also don't judge when people salt their food but I rarely salt my food and I think that the less salt you use the less you have to use to get that good flavor. It also becomes a habit with some people, I have seen people salt their food even before they taste it, I don't say anything.

If you use Himalayan Pink Salt or Dead Sea Salt, you can salt to your hearts content. Just don't use iodized salt ever again.

Don't use much salt. Don't eat many sweets.
Except steak, gotta have the salt shaker then.
