I put some turkey legs in the slow cooker this morning. I am making mashed potatoes, stuffing(dressing really), peas and cranberry sauce to go with the legs.

Eggplant souffle, and a salad of chopped kale, diagonally sliced green onions, cashews, Mandarin orange segments, peeled and diced Korean (Asian) apple, and sweet pepper slivers, with a sesame citrus dressing.

Rice pudding for desert.

Chinese delivery: Egg drop soup, egg rolls, pan fried dumplings, and sweet and sour spear (this is how it was spelled on the menu) ribs.

I've never ordered from this place before. It is supposed to be authentic Chinese cooking. They have stuff like crispy pig ears, pig intestines cooked in clay pot, and sauteed beef belly on the menu.

Wish me luck!
