I have been craving so I will make lamb kheema and a raita for tonight's dinner. This is the recipe I always follow, it's crazy good. http://m.cookingchanneltv.com/recipe...resh-mint.html

im going to try my hand at general tso's chicken and pork,,

I almost forgot, we're going to a Lion's Club BBQ. I guess the mint juleps will have to wait until tomorrow. Mint leaves are infusing right now, and the simple syrup is made.

Tonight pan fried potatoes with onions,salt/black pepper,caraway and pickled herring in white wine sauce. With it a green garden salad and a glass of white Ontario wine .Later a slice of King Ludwig Torte with whipping creme and a cup of black coffee
