Tonight chicken curry with basmati rice ( added cashew nuts,golden raisins,clove,cardamon ),cucumber raita and lassi to drink. For dessert a Bartlett pear and later a cup of Darjeeling tea
sounds like there will be a contest to see who is making the best curry chicken. That is what we are having: curry chicken Thai style, rice and green beans. We are on our way to Aldis right now. Our Aldi's is closing in a few days for 6 weeks to remodel and add on. We are hoping they have produce really marked down so we can get a good deal on fresh produce: I want one more fruit salad before the season is completely gone.
Last night's dinner was a walking taco at Yankee stadium. Unfortunately much like my Red Sox last night, it was not a winner. YUCK! Other then those two things I did have just an incredible time.
Tonight's dinner will be a cottage pie and a couple Magic Hat #9s for my dessert, ice cream sundae for the youngest and my ten year more then likely will ask for pretzel rods. My husband will just have his boring Budweisers, I am sure!
Leftover pot roast and carrots with gravy over egg noodles.
