Roasted carrots and sweet potato soup with cashew cream. Assorted pickles - my favorite horseradish cucumber pickle chips. A chopped romaine salad with dried cranberries and walnuts with a yogurt dressing.

It was potluck dinner week at church this afternoon. I made a stuffed pepper casserole which was well received. Since I ate so much then, I just had a bowl of oatmeal this evening.
