Tonight I am making stuffed cabbage rolls. I haven't made these in years but I do love them. Serving with leftovers from last night's salad.
Here's last night's potato(I used purple potatoes), tomato, red onion, corn and basil salad.

That salad looks good.
We are on day 3 without power. I'm over it. Tonight, Crockpot pot roast with the usual veggies. Thank goodness for the generator.

Tonight it's teriyaki country ribs from the grill (freezer.) Green beans and eggplant from the Farmer's Market. If I can persuade DH to pick me up some Granny Smith apples I'll make an apple pie for dessert.
