Dinner tonight is the leftover pork chops that Emerald made tonight, a new pot of rice (watched Kevin Belton today and made rice his way), leftover black beans, and a salad with vinaigrette. Used the remaining rice to make homemade rice pudding.

Well today is my 12th wedding anniversary. To celebrate we went over to Fenway and watched The Red SoX Astros game. Great game! I told myself I was going to eat whatever I wanted at the park. Of course I ended up not being hungry and only got a got dog and a couple Sam Adams. So that was my lunch and dinner. For dessert I polished off half a bag of Bugles of my husband's. I don't think he knows I found them yet. Oh well!!

Had a pasta dish with loads of things in it. Onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, white wine, artichoke hearts, olives, almonds, pesto, and topped with some feta cheese.
Grilled Swiss & tomato on dark rye plus a dill pickle and potato chips.
