Leftover Chicken Pie I made yesterday from Trisha Yearwood's cookbook.
It's the pot-luck, church supper chicken pie everyone makes around here in a baking dish with the buttermilk biscuit type of crust and, yep, you probably guessed it, a can of cream of chicken soup in it!
I still haven't had my Chinese dinner this week so think I will do it tonight or maybe I will do chicken wings, fruit salad and snow peas. I have another busy day, need to keep dinner simple and the chicken wings are already in the freezer, ready to be baked or deep fried.
Tonight green Bell pepper masala curry with chapatis,homemade plain yogurt and lassi or water to drink. For dessert a slice of apple cake (I still had frozen) with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cup of black coffee

Chicken fajitas or not chicken thighs off the grill, steamed cabbage and corn bread.
