Wanted to try something new so -

Kale sliders on Hawaiian Slider rolls topped with roasted red peppers, baby greens a tomato slice, goat cheese crumbles and topped with goddess dressing.

Dorito coated onion rings on the side. Iced tea.

I was going to make this last night but we went to Carrabas instead: Orange chicken with broccoli. Should be tasty or I'm hoping it comes out that way
