I made baked macaroni and cheese and added the rest of our leftover Easter ham to it, cubed. We had peas and carrots on the side.

I made a French bread pizza (whole wheat), pepperoni, sauce, deli Swiss, last of the grated cheddar. Not a bad way to use up some ingredients.

Home made Italian deli sandwiches. Molinari Coppa, salami and pistachio mortadella on toasted ciabatta rolls. With Jarlsberg Swiss cheese. Left over homemade creamy poppyseed dressing coleslaw from Easter.
