Beef Garden Casserole (something my grandmother taught us - brown ground beef with a chopped onion, add tomato soup, can of water, 1 drained can of green beans, 1 drained can of whole kernel corn. While all that is warming make 1 recipe of biscuit dough (I use Bisquick). Roll dough almost flat but still workable. Sprinkle with 2 cups grated cheese. Roll up like a jelly roll, slice. Place on top of veggie soup mixture, bake until bread is done. 425 degree

Had a mid-afternoon lunch of chicken fajitas and a Bud Light at a Mexican restaurant. Brought the leftover fajitas home for dinner.

Then just be glad you aren't preparing my favorite meal - sautéed lamb kidneys.

I totally messed up and ruined dinner two nights ago. This is always a slightly traumatic experience for me where I don't want to try cooking anything new for a while. Does this happen to you guys? So, I'm making grilled cheese, cos even I can't mess that up.
