For dinner, husband picked up fresh polska kielbasa - he's having his simmered in sauerkraut. I cut myself off a Missy sized piece which will get sauteed with some onion, then served with either Mac and Cheese or Shells and Cheese.
Should be good to eat while watching Dateline wirh the hubs tonight!
It's been a really rough day. Max passed at 9:00 am. The Vet was great about everything. Thanks Missy for checking in. We gave him a special treat of chicken nuggets and Arby's roast beef last night. He loved it. We showered him with love and he slept with my son last night. Not cooking tonight. We will eat later if hungry.
