I had fresh salmon rubbed with ghee,dill,curly parsley, salt,black pepper, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and baked in the oven.With it steamed cauliflower and roasted quartered potatoes sprinkled with olive oil,salt and pepper and also baked in the oven.To drink a glass of red Ontario wine.For dessert layered strawberry,chocolate and French vanilla mousse decorated with strawberry halves.
Husband got a new smoker/grill (you men and your toys honestly), so we're having (too) large rib eyes topped with crab and bernaise sauce, grilled peppers and mushrooms, garden salad, grilled steak fries and iced lemon pound cake. I'm sipping a lemon drop martini and watching him work for a change!
