Since this morning I burnt my fingertips quite nastily on the lawnmower, please don't ask I was incredibly stupid, the husband will be cooking tonight. He said he is making Vietnamese spring rolls. Lovely! I can't complain. Because I do not like the traditional dipping sauce I will just use a scotch bonnet sauce mixed with honey.
