Dinner tonight was the first meeting of our cooking club and we did an Indian menu based on the cookbook, Made In India. We had way too much food, but here is the list:
Chana Dal with Golden Garlic Taria
Mint and Yogurt Chutney
Rice
Chili Paneer
Salmon and Spinach Curry
Naan
Chapatis
Chaat Salad
Spring Subji
Chicken Tikka
Fresh Spinach and Paneer
Pomegranate and Mint Raita
Chicken Curry
Cinnamon Lamb Curry
Cauliflower, Cashew, Pea, and Coconut Curry
Lime Soda
Ginger Cordial
Blueberry Lassi
Chai Spiced Chocolate Pudding
Pistachio and Saffron Kulfi
I brought the chicken tikka, mint and yogurt chutney, and blueberry lassi.

I had a couple big spoonfuls of peanut butter. Extra crunchy.
What we had planned on last night: spoiled brat went to a baseball game with the rest of the family, I stayed home cause I have a cruddy chest cold. I don't feel awful just sound it. Anyway we are having game hen, rice, fruit salad and probably broccoli.
Tonight is kind of like the day after Thanksgiving. Tonight is a huge variety of yummy things leftover from granddaughters graduation party, like pork and chicken bbq, salads and cheese potatoes.
Beef shish kabobs with bell peppers, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms cooked on the grill. A side of rice and a green salad. Red wine to drink
