TBone, bake potatoes with butter, iceberg, California merlot, vanilla pudding and for me wieners (do not like steak - mea culpa). After a half gallon of Crown Black slipped through my hand and we have a clean kitchen floor - final desert has not yet been decided upon.

Our favorite summer vegetarian dinner of hummus, pita, fresh mozzarella, and chopped vegetables (carrots, sugar snap peas, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower, and broccoli) with blueberry & banana smoothies. I pile everything up on a large platter and everybody grazes as they have time. Perfect for finals week with the young peeps buried in their studies. I just put it in the middle of the table with some small plates, and they serve themselves as they get hungry.

One of my favorite salads

Butter lettuce w/olive oil & white vinegar add one can of alabcore, one small can of mandarian oranges, about a dozen green pimento olives. A few tablespoons of lemon juice over the alaborce.

There's a nice sweet and sour blend.

Serve with crackers or bread.

My kids make me look like a better parent than I actually am. They're pretty great, and natural vegetable lovers to boot.

I made pesto from basil, Italian parsley, almonds, Parmesan, and olive oil. Dinner is way more angel hair pesto pasta than is good for me.

My only meal of the day.
