Black bean burgers with garlic sweet potato fries and cherries straight from the bag I bought them in. Nothing home-made. It's been that kind of weekend.

Pork Medallions with a Creamy Mustard Sauce
Steamed rice with edamame beans
Roasted acorn squash
Fresh cantaloupe melon.

Ity is good to get back into the kitchen.

felt better toward last night and loved our dinner. Tonight is the rest of the rice, a meat loaf, and fresh green salad. daughter brought me some romaine, fresh baby cukes and a few other things from the Asian market. I am going to make an unusual green salad, using ginger as well as what I would normally use.
