Beef Lomein, Chicken in black bean sauce n Chicken with garlic eggplant.

Leftover roast beef, mushroom gravy, carrots, potatoes, and dinner rolls.

Tonight leftover chicken soup with noodles and for dessert milk rice/rice pudding with cinnamon and a cup of Darjeeling tea

Tonight it's ham steaks with crockpot mac and cheese and carrot sticks. Vanilla milk to drink.

Ps this was the incredibly shrinking chicken the thing went big into the oven and came out reduced to 2/3? Why?
