My DH is taking out fish and coleslaw from my church's Friday Fish fry. I made a macaroni and pimento cheese bake. I was inspired by all the talk of pimento cheese last week! So I looked for a recipe and this looks like it;s going to be good!

Tonight was a chicken, roasted over vegetables, with Lemon Zucchini Pasta with Artichokes. the zucchini was a big hit.
