Tonight will be quesadillas with red bell pepper and cremini mushrooms. There's also some fresh spinach that I will either add to the quesadillas or make into a salad.

Thanks to Game 7, it was sheer pandemonium at Casa2U last night- husband lost his voice yelling at the TV, every time one of the announcers talked about "Lester" my dog would come running and zooming around like an idiot thinking they were talking to HIM, the phone rang off the hook and my cell blew up from all the texts - I doubt I'll be up late enough tonight to even HAVE dinner! I am TIRED!!!!

No one in Cleveland or Chicago got any sleep last night based on all the e-mails and texts that I received after 10pm last night! As I worked five years in Cleveland and 15 in Chicago, I remained neutral.

At least the NBA season has started ...

I'm not a baseball fan, but I've got friends in Chicago who love their Cubbies, so I was rooting for them in a general way. I had the game on but was nodding out a lot, but every time I woke up, the Indians were at bat and were gaining ground. I finally went on to bed so the Cubs could win because obviously my being awake was wreaking havoc for them.

Tonight, I'm doing mustard & herb roasted chicken thighs and sauteed green beans.
