I wanted a big pot of gravy with bracciole, sausage and meatballs to have with pasta. What I settled for was turkey, stuffing, cranberry and American cheese melted on French bread to make sandwiches. I do not want to look at turkey for another year!

Am finishing up the Turkey today: I made a huge pot of turkey soup a few days ago; shred it with a friend, froze some and the rest we will have tonight. Of course what is soup without garlic or cheese bread?
