A chum who keeps chickens dropped round a dozen eggs.
So it seemed only right to fry some up and grill some bacon, sausages, black pudding and tomatoes to go with them.
A few rounds of toast and marmalade and a big pot of builder's tea has set us up for the day ahead.

Sunday morning, can't head for church until my damn test result come back, but the good news is: a friend brought over a nice breakfast casserole for us, so that will be our breakfast today, plus sliced peaches and cream. As is our Sunday tradition we are having a bloody Mary with our breakfast.
