Oatmeal with strawberries & blackberries, an English muffin with peach jam and coffee.

Today's breakfast was a vegan Loaded Tofu Scramble, with potato, onion, garlic, bell pepper, serrano pepper, kale, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, cumin, tumeric, Sriracha, kala namak salt, black pepper and avocado. Served up with a slice of sourdough bread and hot Sumatran coffee.
