I had sausage and eggs, been trying to perfect breakfast sausage like they have in USA. I can buy Jimmy Dean but it's an overpriced import product and I can get just about all the ingredients* for ground-pork based sausage for probably 1/4 the price so it's fun to experiment given the billion different sausage recipes out there.
*Except sage, been having trouble finding sage as a simple ground spice, so may have to go to a nursery and find a salvia plant.
