Whatever one of you lovely, giving, generous people want to come and fix for me...LOL
Honestly I have no idea yet, I may fix an omelet sandwich on toast and have a piece of fruit and a glass of milk.

Oh boy, I'm loosing it. I THOUGHT I was thawing two pieces of leftover breakfast casserole, but instead, it turns out to be cheese hashbrown potatoes. So that is what's for breakfast. I need to label things better.

Potatoes O'Brien (diced potatoes, onion, bell pepper - fried) with diced spam mixed in, two scrambled eggs poured over, topped with cheese. Glass of chocolate milk for the caffeine. With the spam and the cheese, there is a lot of salt built in to this breakfast.
