This morning was Old West Café in Denton, TX. I had bacon, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, hash browns, refried beans, and coffee with hazelnut cream.

A bowl of Fiber One Honey Clusters with cinnamon & nonfat milk and a cup of dark chocolate almond milk.

Sausage, biscuits and gravy. Orange juice. I have other choices if my company wants something else...granola, yogurt, cinnamon toast.

German pancakes with cinnamon,strawberry jam,1/2 pink grapefruit,a bowl of homemade yogurt and 2 cups jasmine green tea

Oatmeal topped with slivered almonds along with a piece of toast. Grape juice to drink.

Today it was a variation on Eggs Benedict (or, on Eggs Blackstone) - the usual, but the ham/bacon was swapped out for a piece of andouille sausage with a slice of tomato added, and a dusting of cajun spices. It was fantastic! I found this meeting my son for breakfast near the college he attends (there's usually really good eats near colleges!). Oh, and the meal came with one of the better servings of hashbrowns I've ever had - more finely shredded that usual and cook to just the perfect crispness.
