I'm making breakfast burritos with eggs, potatoes, chorizo substitute (Soyrizo), green and red bell peppers, jalapeño, onions, salsa, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese all wrapped in a homemade flour tortilla.
We did scrambled eggs with diced red peppers, vidalia onions and cheese (so bad but so good). Fresh milled black pepper but no salt. Fresh strawberries and blueberries and toast. My one cup of coffee for the day. (my only caffeine, trying to quit completely)
DW made scratch biscuits, scrambled eggs, link & patty sausage, fried onion & potatoes.
To drink a glass of organic whole milk and a cup of Seattle's Best Level Five.
