Prepared a Denver Omelet this morning:: cheddar cheese, ham, onions and bell peppers. Served with toast with blueberry jam and a coffee.

Playing a bit of catchup. Over the last couple of days, I've both ordered out and cooked.

Cooked some eggs and sausage links, which I had with some Hawaiian rolls and grapefruit juice.

I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich biscuit and hash browns from Chick-fil-a.
