back in the day....out on the fishing/lobster boat we'd cook up critters that would come up in the traps...…(not lobsters) fish & crabs … mmm mmm good
Casserole: 8 slices of crumbled bread in buttered 9x12 pan, Beat 8 eggs and 2 cups milk, then pour over bread. Brown 1 lb. crumbled hot sausage and spread over mixture, top with 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 hour in oven @ 350 degrees. (can make ahead the night before and refrigerate).
Oatmeal with apples & cinnamon, French toast with butter & syrup and coffee.
