What are your opinions on the brand Skinny Cow? Do you like it and if so, what products do you like?
I'm really late in the game on trying things and I finally tried one of their candy bars the other day. It was the caramel filled one. I thought it was good and will be trying more of their products.

I like the chocolate ice cream sandwiches. I wish they sold packages of just chocolate instead of choc/vanilla. Son always gets to them before me and eats all the chocolate ones.
I like the chocolate mousse ganache cones, the vanilla cones and the truffle bars. Most have around 11 gms sugar, less than 3 tsps. per bar, too. They're all very tasty.
The only Skinny Cow product I've tried is the mint ice cream sandwiches. They're really, very good. I don't know that they helped me lose any weight though. I ate more of them in one sitting than I would eat of a full fat ice cream sandwich.
Sounds like the ice cream is good. I'll have to try them whenever the weather gets warmer. I guess its endorsed by weight watchers because on the package it had how many points it was worth.
Kaphawoman... your post made me chuckle because I tend to be the same way.
I've only eaten the ice cream sandwiches and liked them.
