The only one I consume is slightly under-cooked beef; well-done burgers or steak are pretty awful.

Meat that isn't well-done? This person won't even eat medium done?! If you've had an exquisite medium-rare or rare cut of beef or tuna steak, well-done seems like it's been ruined, it's baby food. Between that and no raw oysters or shellfish, they're missing out on some of the best foods on earth. What a boring existence.

I don't buy pre-cut fruits and vegetables because it's a waste of money when I'm perfectly capable of cutting/washing them on my own. They always spoil quicker. As for raw milk I've only had it once. It's legal in CA but I think it was illegal everywhere else I've lived. Taste was pretty good but not so good I'm compelled to spend that much more for it.

All that seems pretty reasonable to me.

I might eat carpaccio but only if I know the chef preparing it.

raw juice is unpasteurized fresh juice. (same for milk). If you get fresh juice from a juice bar, that is raw. It tastes fresher raw.

I have been enjoying cocktails with egg whites lately. I am still here. Alcohol kills all the bacteria anyway. And soft cooked eggs can be delicious.

I have a strong fear of vomiting, so I would opt for eat meat that is well cooked.

I avoid oysters (raw or not) like the plague. Tbh, I ate them once 6 years ago and I liked them (unfortunately). But I won't "gamble" with them as you're more likely to get food poisoning from them than other foods. I also don't eat sprouts - Never were into them. I am guilty of not washing fruits properly though. Say, is it fine to wash them with detergent? That's what my mother does.

Overall, a good list (at least to me, since it doesn't involve my favourite foods ). I thought it would've involved chocolate, potato chips, eggs, biscuits and other "normal" day to day foods. Lol
