I don't drink coffee, and never have a coffee hot water. But there is a coffee maker in my workplace for employees to use, I am wondering if I get some (about 500 ml each day) from the hot water station, do I need to refill water into coffee maker? If yes, where to refill the water? And is 500 ml hot water too much? Affecting people making the coffee?

Thanks.

I mean if I take too much hot water out each day, do I need to add some cold water? When people make coffee, they need water to make coffee, correct? If there is no water left, how can people make the coffee?

Without knowing what kind of coffee maker/hot water dispenser you're talking about, I don't think anyone will be able to answer your question. Ask the receptionist.

Or warm your cup of water in the lunchroom microwave.

I am a hot tea drinker and I get hot water from the coffee machine all the time. Our are directly connected to the water pipe so no need to replace the water used.

If it's a Kuerig type thing...yes..get water from any tap....doesn't matter...the tap water is perfectly fine...unless you are in Flint, Mich....!

You need to run a cup of water thru the machine to get the "coffee" taste out, if you're a tea drinker...
