Having my bridge luncheon today so God only knows what will be for dinner and he isn't telling me yet.
Probably left over lunch or maybe frozen pizza, whatever requires almost no clean up.
For tonight creamed cottage cheese with chive,salt/black pepper,caraway and decorated with sliced tomatoes. Served with boiled potatoes, butter and spring onions. As well red radish/onion salad and cucumber/red Bell pepper salad. To drink sour lemon/lime water or Ribena blackcurrant with Perrier water. For dessert meringue with blueberry compote.
